Users and club owners should only upload or post content that they own or have permission to use. Uploading content that infringes someone else's copyright is not permitted on LS Clubs.

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on one's behalf) and believe content on LS Clubs infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice. Please include all of the following:

• Your name and contact information (including email address).
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material so we can find it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Please include all of the following:

• Your name and contact information (including email address).
• Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice (or their agent).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate the accounts of users or clubs who are found to be repeat infringers.
